I've used Fast Teks on two occasions over the course of two years; having had different PC issues that were progressively more complex. In both instances, I was completely satisfied with both their approach to service as well as their expertise. In fact, on this last visit, I was almost sure that I couldn't find anyone who could troubleshoot my new, custom-built, 'beast' of a PC used exclusively for large scale video editing. I was in a panic when the machine kept shutting down in the middle of rendering video so I called Fast Teks and explained the circumstances. In extremely short order (that afternoon, in fact), Starr arrived and he fixed my machine with such precision and ease that I will forever be appreciative of him as well as Fast Teks and will use no one else to troubleshoot and fix either of my machines. I am happy to tell you that we are thrilled with your service.  I called Fast-teks on a Sat. morning and needed someone right away.  I found them in the Yellow Pages and they responded immediately.  A very capable and professional technician came over and got us up and working again and I was very impressed.  The fact that I was able to reach someone on the weekend was incredible and the speed in which they responded was equally impressive.
