"Fast-teks, though they offered service the same day I called, arrived the next morning on time and ready to work. After a couple of hours the technician was not satisfied with the work he had done, told me he would only charge me what was quoted over the telephone and continued to work to resolve the issue. Afte r seven hours on site he told me he was unable to get one nasty virus fixed and asked if he could take the PC back to the shop to continue work.
