About The Owner
My name is David Jansen. I own and operate Fast-teks of Mission Viejo & Orange County South. My background and experience in computer support includes leading both on-site and remotely delivered computer support services teams for Burroughs Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq Computer Company, and Hewlett-Packard Company.
The customer base I supported varied from small/medium business to global Fortune 100 companies with Mission Critical requirements and customized service deliverables.

Our local Fast-teks team consists of highly trained computer support professionals. Every member of the team delivers the highest standards of customer service. They are experienced and courteous with great communication skills. Every member of the team has a customer focused mindset and their goal is helping you resolve your computer problems in a timely fashion.

I personally have over 44 years of experience in computer support. My team has over 65 years of support experience among them. Their areas of expertise cover desktop support, software support, hardware maintenance, network administration, server administration, database design and administration, website design, along with expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems. Collectively we have over 110 years of computer and technology support experience among us.
